We are world-leading tartan experts. We need to turn our 5-tab html dummy site into a fully working web facility, to let users design tartan patterns, using colour pickers, sliders etc. Patterns (text strings) must be loaded from, and saved to, an sql database. A key task is to rewrite our Perl tartan-generation script to work in real-time on client-side. We also need a 'gallery' of user tartans, which you can help design. Budget & deadline is negotiable; reliable top-quality work is vital.
