We are looking for a contractor experienced in CSS/XHTML web design that can convert a Photoshop PSD design into a fully functional CSS/XHTML home page and subpage template. The result must be web standards compliant, We are in search of someone that focuses on cross browser compatibility, so that the website will render the same in all browsers - (ie6, ie7, ff2, ff3, opera, safari). The footer must stick to the bottom of each page, regardless of content height.
