Description: «Login» to edit the description	We need a web-based data management platform. It will retreive certain csv files from a university diagnostic laboratory and match it with a specific account. The account will be set up with a user name and password for security. Once the raw data is imported into the platform, it will undergo some very simple manipulations (percent greater than a certain number) and will be reported in graphical format. A history of all diagnositc submissions for each account will be maintained. If the percent greater than a certain number is below a specified threshold, an email will be sent to a contact person for that account. The account can specify its own threshold value. Presently the data imporation and manipulations are being done through an access database, which could be shared for site building purposes. We want this data management to be automatic. The website will also include instructions on diagnostic submission collection and brand graphics. We expect no more than 1000 separate accounts. Each diagnostic submission will have around 20 fields of information.
